D-League; Utah Flash
Recently had an assignment to photograph the NBA's farm team here in Utah. The Boston Celtics and Utah Jazz both pick from this developmental team. It was a great assignment because they weren't really looking for action, rather the fringe of the league. I tried to show that it wasn't as polished as the NBA, but still full of dedicated players and coaches. The sports editors really gave me free range on this assignment, it isn't everyday they just leave the interpretation solely up to the photographer.
