I'm Sorry Ms. Jackson...

The value of a product or commodity should not be measured by it's scarcity, rather it's permeability across groups of people. In other words, how well it can be shared. Most things rarely step into full value when enjoyed on an individual basis. What would a home run to win the World Series mean to an empty field and stadium? Would Joe Carter still have skipped around the bases? Time, friends, a night in a tent, Indian food and company on a church bench were so much more than nouns this last week. I'm sorry to see you go, but hipocritically "amped" for all that is waiting in the wings for you in the Netherlands & Belgium. Your mission will be more than you could hope for as long as you remember to share. Treat the gospel like your saffron; potent, valuable and destined for more than yourself.

These are beautiful but it may be because Bren is beautiful. That curry was good. Bittersweet and good.
