Mississippi Delta: Mr. Gates

Mr. Gates runs a small piano store on Issaquena St. in Clarksdale. At the end of the day his storefront is in the shade and the door is left wide open. It smells like sawdust, varnish and fresh Delta air in his little shop. We didn't talk much, I just watched and after asking about free-masonry he said I should "see about that."
