Rise Against

Last week I saw Rise Against at Saltair. Elaine has been friends with the band since back in their Chicago days so Tim hooked up a photo pass. They were all genuine guys and watching their set showed that they are still way stoked on playing music. The first pic is from Thrice who opened for RA.

Great pics! I love Rise Against, one of my favorite bands. I am extremely disappointed that they skipped over Seattle on their current tour.

Found your blog through the "blogs of note" feature on blogger. Love your photography, especially the one of the man's back with the woman's arms draped around his neck. Gorgeous.

Fabulous shots. found your blog through the 'blogs of note' tab on blogspot. i really like the one of the boy at the RA show with his girl's hands behind his neck. mind if i follow your blog?

I am in love with your work. I went to a Mutemath show and the lights and effects turned out wonderfully on film.

I LOVE Rise Against! They are my all time favorite band! You are so lucky to have gotten photo passes and did you actually get to meet the guys?

I'm so jealous.

These pictures are fantastic too! I'm really impressed! It must be a lot easier to get awesome pictures like these when you aren't in the mobs of people too.

Do you have any more pictures from them?

i have a question for you- what kind of camera (or cameras, if you use more than one?) do you use, and what is your camera type of preference?
