Mike, I saw your vid on Ririe-Woodbury and the interview with Charlotte. So good! I loved it. I don't know if you plan on posting it here but if you do I'll comment on it then, too. Everything about it was awesome. Everyone in the dance department at school would love you to film/photograph them. Good work.

Hi!
I'm impressed - mostly - "the singing girl". That photo
has something unspoken...

i love all your pics. i use to be the type to have background on my computer be random pics of my friends, family, and me. lately they have been pics you have taken. i love all the technique you use. makes me want me take a course of photography in college. its seems like a great for a person to express themselves because pictures can say a million words.

i just looked through all of your stuff on the first page, and it all looks amazing.

good job, man.

Somehow you've managed to put a bit of soul into something so kitch and cliche.

That's a complement and they're relatively rare coming from me

Stunning. I'm into photography myself and am finally working on getting a "real" camera (not the tiny digital kind) lol Keep up the great work. http://blatantdiscretions.blogspot.com/

Mike, once again these photos are amazing! We do this nativity in my town every year too, and I agree, nothing can fill the heart with Christmas more than to witness this--but your photos really capture the feeling of being there. I love your blog--its so inspiring!

Those photos are absolutely amazing!!! I wish there were a place like that here...

Your photos are so good it's... depressing? Yeah, kinda depressing. I don't think I'll ever take a picture as good as any of yours. :)

And I agree with a lot of the other people who commented on the singing girl photo... well done.

Well, let me add myself to the hordes of, "Oh, Mike I love your blog!" and "I found you randomly and now I love your pics!" Dare I say you have groupies?

So there you have it. One suburban mom of four who blogs about her kid's poop fiascos and judgemental nazi-moms at playdates is a big fan! (I know, I bet I'm your dream consumer, right?)

I do not need to tell you how great your photos are - it's been said!

However, it is worth saying again:
phenomenal photography.

as always, lovely pics... and a little FYI on the last post... I couldn't have done it...
